YBC delivered a comprehensive commercial refurbishment and extension of a disused second-floor space in the heart of Bexhill, transforming it into a vibrant hub of open-plan offices, co-working spaces and counselling rooms.

A commercial in situ refurbishment, structural alterations and extension of a dilapted second floor space to create open plan offices , co working spaces, counselling rooms and other usable spaces. The works involved the formation of a new dormer, strip out, demolition and reconfiguration of internal space, fire and acoustic upgrading, full M&E design and installation, plastering, decorating, new floor coverings and installation of bespoke stainglass and standard secondary glazed windows.

We provided Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultant services, managing the project team and works from inception through to completion which was delivered on budget, on time and met the client's requirements.
