We delivered a double garage and gym including associated road and drainage infrastructure, through a fully integrated design and build approach. Working closely with the client and design team, we translated the client’s aspirations into a deliverable scheme while implementing value engineering measures to maximise value and maintain budget control.
We provided Development Management services, and thus as the contractor we ensured the scheme was delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the client’s brief.
