YBC was founded by Trystan Mayhew and Daniel Goering, two seasoned construction and property professionals whose combined expertise spans project management, development, surveying and on-site delivery. With backgrounds rooted in both hands-on construction and high-level consultancy, Daniel and Trystan bring a depth of knowledge and a personal approach to every client relationship.
Together, they have built YBC on a foundation of trust, transparency and an unwavering commitment to quality. Whether managing a luxury residential estate or overseeing a complex commercial development, Daniel and Trystan are directly involved in every project, ensuring that the exceptional standards YBC is known for are upheld at every stage.

Trystan Mayhew
Trystan's career spans both the financial and built environment sectors, bringing a uniquely rounded perspective to every project he oversees. Trystan has a distinguished career in project management and quantity surveying across the South East and London. His experience ranges from large-scale housing developments to high-specification commercial fit-outs, and his expertise in contract administration, employer's agent duties and quantity surveying ensures that YBC's clients receive the most comprehensive and considered oversight at every stage of their project.
Daniel Goering
Daniel brings a wealth of hands-on construction experience to YBC. Having spent eight years working across a variety of projects, his career has spanned commercial and residential developments of varying scale and complexity, giving him an exceptional understanding of every stage of the build process. Daniel's core expertise encompasses project management, design development, cost management and health and safety guidance, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, practicality and care from the ground up.
Fay Burmingham
Fay brings extensive experience in property development, administration, and client support, with a strong background working on new build projects from completion through to handover and aftercare. She has worked closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure properties are delivered to a high standard, while acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process. With additional experience in marketing and social media, Fay offers a well rounded skill set.
