We managed the development of five luxuirous high end new builds and the construction of a council car park to meet the developer's and planning requirements. We managed the end to end development including the designing, planning, forecasting/budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning and disposal/handover, all while being in close collaboration with with the client throughout the construction process.

We provided Construction Management services, managing the project and construction team from inception through to completion which was delivered on budget, on time and met the client's requirements.
